I recieved this lovely bouquet from England but there is a wire attached that supposedly should sparkle or light up. Unfortunately it doesn't. Is there any way I can fix it?

Unexpected and lovely gift, although it was missing the card telling me who they were from. Thankfully my friend asked if anything had arrived for me..!
A bit too much plastic in there for me, which I have mostly removed, and now have a much nicer bouquet. In my opinion!

I placed an order for my friend who lives in the UK for her birthday. I ordered a blossoming delight bouquet. What my friend received was a bouquet of red roses that actually looked like a 5 year olds school project. I’m so disappointed & somewhat embarrassed as what she received. I have contacted customer services who have been prompt in replying. multiple emails sent & they requested my friend return them for me to receive a refund. I not willing to do that as i’m embarrassed enough. The company are refunding me 50%. which is better than nothing. However i will not use this company again.

This was a birthday gift for a friend. She absolutely loved it! Very well made and good quality.

I bought my bouquet as a thank you for friends and they were absolutely delighted with them. I was extremely pleased with them too. Now my wife wants to know why I haven’t bought her any… yet!

Lovely gift idea, especially if someone is going away. Delivery make take a while as comes from overseas (obviously depends where you live) so read their policy. Took longer than expected a good present.
