Before I placed an order, Sam (I think it is the owner) was really nice and helped to choose the right wrapping paper for the bouquet. He even sent me a video once the bouquet was roughly assembled.(he let me see how it looked like). Once the bouquet was wrapped with the paper and tied with a ribbon - final bouquet, he sent me a video to make sure every thing looks ok before it was shipped out. I really appreciated all his preparation work.
Even though the wrapping paper is wrinkle due to transportation, I am very pleased with the bouquet. I sent a picture to my daughter. She said she liked it - the bouquet is for her graduation.
I definitely will buy the bouquet with them again.
I wasn’t sure at first and worried the colours might not be bright enough, but I fell in love the moment I saw them.
