I ordered this from the U.S., not realizing it was coming from outside the U.S. I ordered 2 weeks before Mother's Day and was nervous it was not going to show up on time and it did, the day before. My mother loved it. I will be ordering again!

Bought as a gift, had it delivered to my friends address. I had some questions about packaging and response was very quick, friendly and helpful. I had reservations about placing an order but after speaking to the customer service I felt confident to order. My package was delivered on time and in good condition. I was informed by my friend that the flowers were packaged beautiful and the quality was great. They also received the note I arranged to be placed in the order. No complaints, everything was perfect. I would order again.

The item took a while to come into the country, and then delivery failed, then I got a message to say the package was damaged but the courier would compensate. However by that time it was sadly too late for the gift to be appropriate. I was offered a replacement but declined and am now waiting on a full refund.
