Purchased as a gift, as it was an unusual and unique and it would be something you keep forever..it was perfect! .came securely packaged and free from any squashing..had a little issue with the bee coming unattached during transit and had dried glue on the bottom.. contacted customer service and without any quibbles a new bee was posted out immediately..excellent service from start to finish and would highly recommend 👍

Before I placed an order, Sam (I think it is the owner) was really nice and helped to choose the right wrapping paper for the bouquet. He even sent me a video once the bouquet was roughly assembled.(he let me see how it looked like). Once the bouquet was wrapped with the paper and tied with a ribbon - final bouquet, he sent me a video to make sure every thing looks ok before it was shipped out. I really appreciated all his preparation work.
Even though the wrapping paper is wrinkle due to transportation, I am very pleased with the bouquet. I sent a picture to my daughter. She said she liked it - the bouquet is for her graduation.
I definitely will buy the bouquet with them again.
