Hello, personally, I think the situation in the picture is still acceptable. When we ship out, we use differently sized cardboard boxes for flower bouquets of various dimensions. However, it's inevitable that they might get pressed during transportation. Besides, we have videos on our social media teaching customers how to arrange the flower bouquet upon receiving it.

I purchased this gift thinking it would arrive in time, but it took longer than expected (it was also supposed to be express delivery according to the confirmation email that I received from the shop).
The bouquet and card was also squished when it arrived. I’m really disappointed because I really like the idea of croquet flowers and hoped to be a regular customer.

Before I placed an order, Sam (I think it is the owner) was really nice and helped to choose the right wrapping paper for the bouquet. He even sent me a video once the bouquet was roughly assembled.(he let me see how it looked like). Once the bouquet was wrapped with the paper and tied with a ribbon - final bouquet, he sent me a video to make sure every thing looks ok before it was shipped out. I really appreciated all his preparation work.
Even though the wrapping paper is wrinkle due to transportation, I am very pleased with the bouquet. I sent a picture to my daughter. She said she liked it - the bouquet is for her graduation.
