I am absolutely mesmerized by the crochet flower bouquet I recently acquired! The colors, craftsmanship, and lifelike details are simply breathtaking. It effortlessly adds elegance to any space and occasion. The durability is impressive, and the customer service I received was exceptional. This bouquet is a true masterpiece that deserves five stars.
The crochet flower is beautiful and high quality. However, the bouquet was poorly packed during shipping, causing collision damage and wrinkles on the wrapping paper, so please keep that in mind.
Hello, personally, I think the situation in the picture is still acceptable. When we ship out, we use differently sized cardboard boxes for flower bouquets of various dimensions. However, it's inevitable that they might get pressed during transportation. Besides, we have videos on our social media teaching customers how to arrange the flower bouquet upon receiving it.

Why did you only give us two stars when you left a positive review?
I purchased this gift thinking it would arrive in time, but it took longer than expected (it was also supposed to be express delivery according to the confirmation email that I received from the shop).
The bouquet and card was also squished when it arrived. I’m really disappointed because I really like the idea of croquet flowers and hoped to be a regular customer.

Unfortunately, due to bad weather, the flight was delayed, resulting in a delay in your package's arrival. Just received the sunflower bouquet for Morher’s Day. It is simply stunning. The packaging is beautiful and the actual bouquet is gorgeous. I absolutely love the attention to detail and the flowers are so realistic. You can just tell that the person who made so did so with love.

This flower arrangement is even more BEAUTIFUL in person once you can see and fully appreciate the smaller details that make this unique bouquet so spectacular. This “expertly crafted” floral arrangement is the ideal substitute for ‘fresh cut flowers’ when the real thing is not admissible in hospitals or for that special someone that is allergic to fresh cut flowers. I have already eagerly placed another order as EVERYONE is still raving over the ‘exquisite design’ and presentation of this FOREVER IN BLOOM bouquet. If I had one minor suggestion, it would be to have the option of the bouquet self-standing without a vase…Especially when the bouquet is presented to a patient in a hospital setting and there is nothing available to stand the arrangement up in. I got a some of these flowers for my girlfriends birthday this year. I ordered fairly late into the night and asked that they use blue and orange flowers as those colors carry personal significance to us.
They were shipped very early the next morning so I was worried my request wasn't seen but when they arrived they were exactly how I had asked for them.
