I just recieved my custom order and it is amazing. I bought it for my husband of almost 9 years and he loves it.

Items not received, not refunded. this is sent via an international courier and once in the US, the delivery service could not deliver to my addresses (despite me shipping to these locations multiple times without issue). items were sent back to the shipper and a refund was promised, but has not been completed and my emails are not being responded to. definitely not the company's fault but the courier they use was unhelpful - i clarified the addresses with them, provided open hours, and even phone numbers to contact the businesses and they still could not deliver.

I received my emotion support pickle as a gift. Not only is I’d beautifully made and absolutely adorable. It’s super soft and made me smile from ear to ear. Definitely did the job in bringing my some joy , on what had been a very upsetting week.

Great little gift idea for a friend in need

If I could give them a Zero “Ghost” Star I would. My online order for delivery to my mother in the hospital across the country was for some reason not delivered. Instead of a confirmed delivery receipt, I received a email to pick up the box at the Post Office. No one in ICU is able to do this - the delivery address to a hospital was clear and I paid extra for expedited delivery.

No way to contact the company and no more information was sent. Who in the world sends a gift to anyone and then is expected to pick it up at the Post Office?

The pickle was soft, well made and absolutely adorable! I loved that I could create my own custom message! It was a little hard to read since the message card is adhered to the pickle’s “hands,” but I was pleased the whole message was on the card. This is a great pick-me-up item that I bought for a friend after an accident. It has helped bring a lot of smiles!

No fault to the company, the delivery service that they used was Canadian. I was unable to track the package. Then, I got a message saying that the package was delivered at the door. Deliveries in this apartment complex are supposed to go to the mail room as all the US delivery places know the package was stolen. And the company did nothing about. Will not buy again.
