Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges Policy

Cancellations Policy:

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

After 12 hours, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order. We may have already started processing your order or preparing it for shipment.

If we are able to cancel your order, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. If we are unable to cancel your order, you may still be able to return the item for a refund, subject to the conditions of our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations on custom orders or personalized items, as these items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

 

Returns and Exchanges Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your returns or exchanges, subject to the following conditions:


Conditions of return:

  • Buyer can return or exchange an item. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate the return or exchange process.
  • Buyer must return the item within 30 days of delivery. Returns received after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your return is delivered to us safely.
  • Buyer is responsible for any loss in value of the item if it is not returned in its original condition. This includes any damage or wear and tear that occurs during transit or while the item is in the buyer's possession.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us first to obtain a return authorization and instructions. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders or personalized items, unless there is a defect or error on our part.
